VIEW Group Rekrytering: Alva Labs Tests
VIEW Group, the Nordic accounting, payroll and IT services group, says it uses Alva Labs tests in all its recruitments. Here is the process around them and how to prepare
Who VIEW Group is
VIEW Group describes itself as a leading Nordic provider of accounting, payroll, cloud-based finance systems and IT and telephony services, with just over 1,200 staff in Sweden, Norway, Finland and England and its head office in Oslo. In Sweden it has offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Kalmar, Västervik, Norrköping, Motala and Västerås.
What VIEW Group says about tests
Its careers FAQ is unusually direct: VIEW Group “använder därför alltid Alva labs tester i alla våra rekryteringar”, to support an objective assessment. Its job ads repeat the point: “VIEW Group arbetar efter en kompetensbaserad rekryteringsmodell där arbetspsykologiska tester förekommer som en del av bedömningen.”

What the accounting roles ask for
A Junior Redovisningskonsult vacancy in Malmö, live in November 2026, gives an example. It asks for an academic degree in economics of 180 credits (högskolepoäng) or equivalent, a year or a few of work experience in finance, and good spoken and written Swedish and English. Employment always starts with a six-month probationary period.
How to prepare
The logic test
