Cambio Future Talent Programme: Alva Tests
Cambio, the Swedish healthcare software company, recruits graduates for its Future Talent Programme through Alva Labs’ tests, a compulsory recruitment day and a personal interview
The programme
Cambio builds software for healthcare, and its Future Talent Programme offers recent graduates a way into that work. You are employed from day one, with a six-month probationary period and the same benefits as other Cambio staff. You choose Stockholm or Linköping as your base, but everyone follows one programme, which means travel between the two cities, sometimes overnight. You spend two days with Cambio’s healthcare customers and have a mentor throughout. The aim is that you continue as a verksamhetskonsult, working directly with customers.
Cambio’s page does not name a required degree or say how long the programme lasts.
The selection process
Cambio says it would like to meet you in person throughout the process, and the recruitment day is the one part you cannot do remotely. Keep week 12 free from the moment you apply.
The two tests
Cambio names both tests, which makes preparation simple.
- Logiktest. Alva’s Logic Test: 20 matrix puzzles, one at a time, each with its own two-minute limit. It adapts to your answers and there is no going back. A task that runs out of time counts as wrong, so guess rather than leave one. Our abstract reasoning guide explains how matrices work.

You see your results as soon as you finish. If you have taken Alva’s tests for another employer in the last 24 months, Alva may let you share those results instead.
How to prepare
Get the logic test right first
It comes before anyone at Cambio meets you. Practise matrices until you can spot the common rules quickly, then practise under the two-minute limit.
Think about the verksamhetskonsult role
The programme leads to customer-facing work in healthcare. In the interview, be ready to say why that appeals, and give examples of explaining something technical to someone who is not, structured with the STAR method.
Plan for travel
The programme and the recruitment day both involve Linköping and Stockholm, sometimes with an overnight stay. Make sure that works for you before you apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the next Future Talent Programme application open?
Cambio has not said. Its page lists the next period as “TBA”.
Do other Cambio jobs include tests?
Not according to Cambio’s ordinary job ads and process page, which describe interviews and a background check. The Alva tests are named only for the Future Talent Programme.
Is the recruitment day optional?
No. Cambio calls it “ett obligatoriskt moment” for staying in the process.
